Q: Will the medical devices/equipment be collected from our house?
A: Yes, within the Mumbai region our volunteers from the ‘Indian Relief Foundation’, with their ID cards will come and pick it up from your house.

Q: Will you deliver the medical devices/equipment to our house?
A: Yes, we will deliver to your house if it is within the Mumbai region. Our volunteers of the ‘Indian Relief Foundation’, with their ID cards will come and deliver it to your house.

Q: For what duration can the medical devices/equipment be borrowed?
A: The equipment will be loaned for an initial period of 2 months. Thereafter, the team will contact you as per the availability.

Q: Are there any costs involved?
A: There are no rental charges for use of the medical devices/equipment.
We will however charge a minimum convenience fee, which covers transportation and volunteer costs to deliver it to your house.

Q: Do I have to give any deposit? Is it refundable?
A: You only have to give a deposit if you are borrowing an Oxygen Concentrator or a Bed.
The deposit is completely refundable and will be processed within 7 business days, from the date of return.

Q: Do I need to fill up a form or register for getting the medical devices/equipment?
A: Yes, when you call us, our volunteers will send you a basic form which needs to be filled up by the family member/caregiver, containing aspects like address, the current condition of the patient, type of equipment required, etc.

Q: What days of the week and time will you deliver?
A: 7 days a week between 11 am to 7 pm.

Q. How can one learn to use the devices like a Nebulizer, Oxygen Concentrator, etc.?
A. We will send you tutorials, links, and demonstration videos that will guide you.
 

Q: Are your volunteers vaccinated?
A: All of the volunteers of the ‘Indian Relief Foundation’ are 100% vaccinated and adhere to all Covid-19 protocols.
 

Q: Will the medical devices/equipment be clean and sanitized?
A: All our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery.
